The Tretyakov Gallery staff will now kick out “grey tour guides.” From now on it is not allowed even to talk to your mates on the museum premises.
To guide a tour for a group of 1-20 people, you need to have a badge of a “guest guide” requested in advance.
Just think of it, this so-called tour would cost you 7,5 thousand rubles (for a group of 5) and 25 thousand rubles for a group of 20.
Perhaps it is true, and the illegal guides are hunting the guests at the museum doors to earn some money sharing their knowledge. But what’s the harm in that?
According to the latest post by @tretyakov_gallery, people’s interaction may damage the exhibit items.
